Memento Sports collects personal information when you purchase an item . When you order we ask for information such as your name, email address, delivery address and contact phone number. Once you purchase from Memento Sports, you are not anonymous to us.
Returns
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or made a wrong decision.
Where a product is faulty, or has the wrong information we will replace the item at our cost. Your will only be accepted if made within 6 months of receiving the product.
To lodge a warranty claim, please contact us via email outlining the details of the claim. Please retain you receipt for proof of purchase.
General Terms and conditions
Once order placed, unless agreed in writing by Memento Sports orders cannot be cancelled.
We will endeavour to ensure the product is delivered to you as quickly as possible, in around 8 weeks from the event. However sometimes shipping can be delayed for factors outside of our control. We will not refund and monies or provide discounts for any late delivery of your order.
Event logo and runners bib artwork is as supplied by the particular event.
The competitors name that is engraved is based on the information that you specify in the order form, so please ensure all of your details are correct.
Competitors finishing and leg times are as per the official times as supplied by the event organiser.
The frames to not include photography. Photos must be ordered separately by the official event photographer.
