How do you obtain my race time?
All finisher times are supplied by the event organizer at the end of race. Where available we use the Chip time, which measures your time between the start line and the finish time.
Do I need to supply a medal?
No. All of our frames come with an additional finishers medal or a reproduction of the event medal.
Do I need to supply my race bib?
No. Your frame will include a reproduction of your race bib.
How do you add my photo to the Glory Frame?
Just as you would add a photo to any photo frame. Loosen fastening clips at the rear of the frame, lift photo flap and then place your photo. Then secure flap with the fastening clips.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes we provide a 12 month replacement warranty for any faulty frames. Send us an email outlining your warranty claim, and we will send you return details.
How long does it take for the glory frame to be produced and delivered?
Depending on where you are in the world, our frames will be delivered in approximately 8 weeks from the event finish date.
Do you provide my race photos?
No. The frame comes complete with a space, or spaces, for your race photos. However the photos can be ordered online from the Official Event photographer. (Normally listed on the event website)
What happens if the Glory Frame contains the wrong information?
We take great care to ensure all names, times and race bib numbers are correct. However in the unlikely event that we get it wrong, please contact us via email and we will arrange to send you a replacement Glory Frame.
